Jennifer Earnest
PT, MPT, B.Sc. (Hons) Kin.
Health Services Manager/Physical Therapist
Jenn graduated from Western University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology and went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at Western in 2012. She has completed several musculoskeletal post-graduate courses, holds Level 2 Acupuncture certification through AFCI, and is certified in concussion management through Complete Concussion Management. She has also pursued advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation and has a strong clinical interest in assessing and treating vestibular conditions.
In her current role as Health Services Manager, Jenn brings a leadership-focused, patient-centred approach to both clinical care and operational oversight. She is deeply committed to providing individualized, high-quality care and takes pride in helping her clients achieve their goals, improve their quality of life, and return to the activities they love.
Born and raised in Owen Sound, Jenn is proud to have returned to her hometown to build her career. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and dog, as well as snowboarding, weight-lifting, and gardening.

Neha Parikh
PT, BPTh, Physical Therapist
Neha graduated with her Bachelor's in Physiotherapy from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India, in 2014. Since then, she has worked in India for a few years before coming to Canada. Her passion for women's health led her to pursue further training in pelvic floor therapy

Neha has currently completed her level 1, 2, and 3 pelvic health and pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain training with a goal of completing many more advanced courses to further her knowledge and experience in pelvic health care. She has done courses which help improve her treatment for clients with EDS (Ehler's- Danlos), HSD (Hypermobility spectrum disorders), and associated symptoms and conditions. Along with these, she has broadened her scope to include the treatment of patients with concussion

As a physical therapist, Neha evaluates and assesses patients thoroughly to create an individualized plan of care. She enjoys meeting new patients and discovering how she can best help each individual improve their health and function through physical therapy. She focuses on quality over quantity of movement. She is attentive to each patient's goals and seeks to provide patient-centered and evidence-based care.

Neha enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time. She also loves a good book, outdoor adventures, traveling, hiking, and coffee.

Austin Collett
RMT, BHK (Hons)
Austin was born and raised in London, Ontario. He spent four years at the University of Windsor in which he completed an honours bachelor of Human Kinetics with a specialization in movement science. While studying at UWindsor, Austin served as the athletic therapist on both the men’s Varsity Hockey and Volleyball teams, capping off an OUA bronze with the men’s volleyball team.
Eager to learn more about the human anatomy and biomechanics, Austin completed an advanced diploma in massage therapy from Fanshawe College, scoring at the top of the class in overall GPA. With much experience working at multidisciplinary clinics all across London, Austin has equipped himself with a high magnitude of knowledge and experience, collaborating with some of the top physiotherapists and chiropractors.

Austin uses a very individualized approach that tapers towards his clients needs and goals. Whether that’s improving range of motion with joint mobilization’s or decreasing muscle tension through trigger point therapy, Austin will use the most efficient and evidence based approach in helping all of his clients so they can get back to enjoying what they love most.

In his spare time, Austin enjoys golfing, training in the gym, and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Airdrie-Fischer
Clinic Administrator &
Office Manager
Jennifer came to Bayshore Physical Therapy in 2011 with a diploma in Medical Office Administration. As the Clinic Administrator she is determination to provide a very pleasant and professional experience for all of our patients.
Jennifer moved to Chatsworth when she was 13 and loved the small town life so much that she bought a house there with her two children, Austin and Aly. In 2013, she expanded her family which now includes her Husband Dustin and her 2 step children Kaleb and Nathan. They still love their little community and just recently bought their 2nd home there!
When Jennifer is not at work, you will find her spending time with her beautiful granddaughter Peyton, or with her family, including her 3 fur babies Bailey, Remy and Nova! She also enjoys reading a good book or playing with her Cricut!

Meghan
McCausland
Administrator Assistant
Meghan’s goal is to welcome everyone with a friendly smile and to make sure all of our clients have a great experience.
Meghan graduated from Georgian College in Barrie with a Diploma in Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Assisting in 2017. She was a college student with Bayshore Physical Therapy in 2017 before completing her schooling.

Meghan was born and raised in Meaford, where she now lives with her husband and their two sons, Bo and Mason. When she is not working, she enjoys playing hockey and baseball. Meghan also enjoys spending time outside with her family and friends, going for hikes, snowshoeing and bike rides.
