Paul Osadzuk, B.Sc., P.T., MCPA – Owner / Physical Therapist

Screen Shot 2016-01-04 at 3.16.03 PMPaul attended the U of Guelph in Honors Human Kinetics, followed by his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at U of T, graduating in 1992. After two years of managing clinics in Toronto and Cambridge, Paul returned home to raise his family and open Bayshore PT with his wife Michelle in 1998.

Paul’s resume includes many courses in manual therapy, sports medicine, taping and therapeutic exercise.  Over the past five years, Paul has developed specialized skills and knowledge in chronic disease management. Paul also worked with the OSFHT in a pilot project, funded through the MOHLTC, related to Diabetes Management. Paul has also obtained additional specialization in Osteoporosis, Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes prevention and management.  Paul is also certified with the Complete Concussion Management Program.

Paul presently works with the OSFHT in the delivery of their very successful Primary Care Diabetes Prevention Program.
Outside of the clinic, Paul is a strong supporter of OS minor sports, coaching girls hockey, soccer teams, and as vice president of the Owen Sound Girls Hockey.


Jennifer Earnest, B.Sc. (Hons) Kin, MPT, Physical Therapist 

Jenn graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Kinesiology.  She remained at Western University to complete her Master of Physical Therapy, graduating in 2012.  Jenn has taken post-graduate courses in various manual therapy techniques.  She holds her Level 2 Acupuncture through AFCI and her Level 1 in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy.   Jenn is also certified through Complete Concussion Management for the treatment and management of concussions.  Jenn strives to provide each client with the highest quality of care.  She prides herself in ensuring her clients return to regular pain-free functioning as quickly as possible.

Jenn was born and raised in Owen Sound and is excited to be pursuing her career back home.   Jenn married her high school sweetheart in September 2013 and together, they have a beautiful daughter Taryn, and an English Bulldog named Toby!


Rick Thibodeau, B.Sc., Kin, MPT, Physical Therapist

Rick TRick completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesology with strong interests in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics from the University of New Brunswick in 2007, followed by his Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Western Ontario in 2009. Rick has been able to develop his practice exponentially in the following years in patient care and health management.

Rick has a strong skill set for manual therapy and is pursuing his Manual and Manipulative Therapy Diploma from the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists, as he believes that his “hands on” approach in conjunction with other therapies is paramount to patients’ healing and future preventative care.  Rick also has training in Acupuncture and is  certified with the Complete Concussion Management Program.

On the side, you’ll often find Rick training at the local gym Velocity in the evenings, as well as being active within Owen Sound and District Pipe Band playing the bagpipes at St. Mary’s High School every Saturday between 10-12 am, and encourages all patients and family to “keep fit and have fun!”

Carolyn Delkus B.Sc., (Ex.Sci.), MPT, Physical Therapist

Carolyn graduated from Syracuse University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She continued onto completing a certificate in Therapeutic Recreation in 2012 through Georgian College, followed by her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2015 through Western University. Carolyn is eager to continue post-graduate coursework in Acupuncture, global health, sport injuries, and various pediatric-focused courses. Carolyn has completed training for internal pelvic health assessments, treatment of incontinence and pelvic pain.  Carolyn is also certified with the Complete Concussion Management Program.

Carolyn grew up in Barrie where she was very competitive in athletics. As a competitive swimmer for over 10 years, Carolyn is passionate about the human body and injury prevention. Her love of sports and helping people work towards their goals helped guide Carolyn to physiotherapy. Carolyn takes a very client-centered approach to each and every patient, with the patients’ goals as her primary focus in helping maximize individuals’ rehabilitation and outcomes.

After completing a physiotherapy placement in the summer of 2014 at Bayshore Physical Therapy, Carolyn knew she would like to return to the area and pursue her physiotherapy career here. In Carolyn’s downtime, she enjoys traveling, relaxing at the cottage, and most of all, spending time with her very spoiled dog Vinny.


 

 Grant Bradley-Low, RMT – Registered Massage Therapist

Grant graduated from Centennial Colleges Massage Therapy program in 2010.  Grant focuses on rehabilitation, fascial work, deep tissue and sports massage.  Combined with a background in Reiki and other relaxation techniques, Grant is able to provide specific treatment focused massage, general relaxation massage or a nice blend of the two.  Working with you as the client to develop an individual treatment and approach that will suit your goals.

Outside of work, Grant loves getting outdoors.  Originally from Wiarton, he spent a lot of his childhood in and around the Owen Sound area and helped to foster his love of natural spaces.  Grant’s favorite activities are hiking and swimming in the summers and snowboarding and snowshoeing  in the winter.  Grant lives a healthy, active lifestyle and supports our local community by purchasing locally grown vegetables and meat as well as supporting local business when possible!

Administrative Professionals


Jennifer Airdrie-Fischer – Clinic Administrator (Office Manager) 

Jennifer came to Bayshore Physical Therapy in 2011 with a diploma in Medical Office Administration.  

As the Clinic Administrator she is determination to provide a very pleasant and professional experience for all of our patients.

Jennifer moved to Chatsworth when she was 13 and loved the small town life so much that she bought a house there with her two children Austin and Aly.   In 2013, she expanded her family and is now enjoying the role as a loving wife to Dustin and Step Mother to Kaleb and Nathan.

Jennifer is a proud supporter of her all children; including her husband, and of their interests, which means she spends most of her time in a hockey arena, at a soccer field, or at a baseball diamond!  Luckily, she also finds time to enjoy her passion for photography, which she usually does when she watching her children play their sports, taking them tobogganing, or going on family hikes!

Katelynn Sutter Administrative Assistant 

Katelynn1Katelynn Sutter is our newest member to Bayshore Physical Therapy; it is her friendly smile that will greet you as you walk through the door.  Being new to the career, Katelynn is eager to learn and expand her expertise in the field.   She is focused on using her excellent people skills to make sure all of our patient’s needs are being met.

Katelynn was born and raised in Owen Sound and continues to live in the area with her husband. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and going to the beach in the warmer weather. Her and her husband are both hockey fans and enjoy going to games, Katelynn even regularly watches her husband play hockey. She also likes to spend as much time as she can with family and friends.
